Second leg in the quarterfinals of the Europa League and still everything to play for in all the four meetings! Which four teams will be the first semifinal contestants in the Europa League?

With both Arsenal and Manchester United put out of the picture in Champions League, Fulham and Liverpool are the only English sides left in a European competition. Liverpool has a tough encounter in front of them and with a 2-1 defeat in the first leg.  They need to beat Benfica tonight, or else this season would be a complete disaster. Maybe there is there turn to get two penalties this time?

Fulham on the other hand have a one goal advantage against the reigning Bundesliga champions Wolfsburg. The Germans had a tough game at Craven Cottage but were very fortunate to make a late 2-1 goal. Wolfsburg must be seen as favourites but remember, a draw takes Fulham through to the next round.

In the all Spanish quarterfinal Atletico is in the driver´s seat after a impressive match (2-2) against there competitors from Valencia. A win and probably a draw will take Forlan and Los Rojiblancos one step further towards a final game in Hamburg.

The “home team” of this tournament, Hamburg, is through to the semis if they manage to avoid a defeat in Liege. Standard is the big surprise of this competition and though they lost in the first leg, a 1-0 victory will make them semifinalists.
